Sirens and Services: Koha Ice Cream Day. Safety and Security Expo
Saturday, 28th June 2025,
1 pm – 4 pm
Welcome Bay Community Hall

Join us for a fun and informative afternoon at the Sirens and Services in Welcome Bay on Saturday, 28th June 2025, from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Welcome Bay Community Hall.
This FREE community event, proudly organised by Western Bay of Plenty Neighbourhood Support in support of the Welcome Bay Community Centre.
Come along to learn from a wide range of local services and experts, including home security providers, scam prevention specialists, community services, and our essential siren services like fire and ambulance. It's a chance to ask questions, gather resources, and find out how to keep your whānau safe.
Learn and earn! Pick up an event passport, visit the stalls, and collect stamps as you go—once it’s filled, your tamariki can enjoy a FREE ice cream as a sweet reward.
There’ll be entertainment for tamariki, spot prizes, and interactive displays, making it an engaging day for all ages. Whether you're coming to learn, play, support, or connect—there’s something for everyone. Let’s work together to build a safer, stronger Welcome Bay.
Koha: Please bring along a non-perishable food item to the event in support of the emergency food bank operated by the Welcome Bay Community Centre.
